Video Fan Club (VFC)
Professionals, athletes, music artists, actors, and many others
(providers) need and love a loyal fan club. We are pleased to offer a
better means to offer more exciting visual communications via videos to
those fans. We know that these professionals think their fans are
special and that they deserve some special privileges.
Our Video Fan Club (VFC) offers a new and exciting means of
providing visual communications to those fans. We have various options
to either broadcast videos at the cost of the provider or in ways that
generate additional revenues for them.
Members of the VFC can either join for free or the artist could
charge an annual fee. Some of the videos could be offered for free
viewing while others on a pay-per-view basis. Some of those videos
could be tagged to be electronically transferred to another Maxcast
channel thus reducing the need to burn DVDs and distribute them to the
fans.
Information about the VFC would be made available on the
provider's web site or in other forms of communications. The VFC
member would register to become a member of that specific Club. The new
member would get an email confirmation from the provider giving the
member the URL for the Maxcast channel and the necessary password
required to view videos in that channel. The provider decides if they
wish to charge an annual fee for VFC membership. We suggest you
consider an annual fee in the range of $20 to $50 to help offset your
cost of broadcasting. The provider keeps 100% of these annual fees paid
by VFC members.
Eventually, with solid evidence of actual viewers proved by both
the membership of the VFC and the reports provided in the back office of
the Maxcast account, we will urge the provider to secure a Sponsor or
Sponsors of the Maxcast channels. This would look similar to the way
that ABC or Fox offers free viewing with sponsorship funds from
participating sponsors. The professional, artist or actor secures the
Sponsor and keeps 100% of the sponsorship funds.

Five simple steps to launch a
VFC:
1.
Contact us to set up a
Maxcast account. We assist in managing this account in various ways to
maintain an effective storage and delivery of videos using the HD video
player (Move Player from
www.movenetworks.com).
See our Links page for some samples of this player. Pricing for this
account is on our Pricing page on our
www.thelivelygroup.com
site. We need to know the name of the Associate or Affiliate that
signed you up for this service to give them proper credit.
2.
The provider regularly uploads
their videos being sure to respect copyright restrictions. We
anticipate the kinds of videos are ones they produce themselves on tour
or behind the scenes, special announcements, lifestyle videos just for
the loyal fans in the VFC.
3.
The provider then announces
the VFC on their web site or in their literature or at events or
concerts, etc. The provider is the one who strongly encourages fans to
join their VFC for obvious reasons.
4.
The provider sets up a
registration form and database and utilizes their own merchant account
for registration and payment of VFC members. Fees charged for VFC
membership or sponsorship is retained by the provider.
5.
The provider informs the VFC
member by email the necessary password for the Maxcast channel. Only
those who have the password can see the videos in the specific channel.
We can include some videos in a public channel or we can use our
Exchange / Transfer feature to permit multiple viewings of the videos.
