Ron's Biographical Information:
    Ron and Penny and family live in Thompsons Station, TN  near Franklin which is south of  Nashville.

    Ron received his M.Div. and an M.A. in Marriage and Family from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS in 1983 and 1986.   He serves as an ordained minister of the Gospel with credentials with the American Evangelistic Association after having served as a minister of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) for twenty years.

    Ron has worked in hospital administration prior to attending seminary.  Durng seminary training, Ron worked as a hospital chaplain.  He then served as a regional director of the Mid-South Region and the national director of Marriage and Family Ministries for the Christian Medical and Dental Association. In the mid-80's, the Livelys served on staff with The Navigators – Business & Professional (Medical Ministries) based in Colorado Springs.  

    Ron is the Founder and Director of Medical Mobilizers with a mission of helping to “mobilize medical professionals for ministry and missions”.  Medical Mobilizers, Inc. is now part of the umbrella of Healthy Initiative Ministries, Inc.  We have recently added Haitian Ministries under H.I.M. 

    Ron served as the Executive Director of the Christian Wellness Association and then as a Marketing Specialist for Faith Financial Services. He helped to develop the Research Institute for Corporate Accountability (RICA).

    Ron and Penny have co-taught marriage and family classes.  Penny has served as a coordinator of a church-based women's ministry but her main role is home school Mom for their four children (Leeann, Joshua, Laura and Andrew).  Presently their home church is Christ Community Church in Franklin, TN.   

    Ron is the Founding Partner in The Lively Group.  Currently, he does internet marketing for the Institute for Affordable Transportation / BUV Ministry (www.drivebuv.org); ageLOC Vitality and promotes membership in Samaritan Ministries.

Josh's Biographical Information:
    Josh is a recent graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he majored in the School of Journalism & Electronic Media. His concentration was in visual communications.  He will be receiving a Bachelor of Science in Communication.

    After graduating from high school Josh enlisted in the Tennessee Army National Guard. After completing Basic Training he was deployed to Iraq where he served for six months. He currently trains at the McMinnville armory. He began his career as a Cavalry Scout, but then received training to work in a new capacity as an  Infantryman.  He was called back to Iraq for a second tour but was invited to come home early to enroll in Officer's Candidate Training to become an officer in the TN Army National Guard. 

    Presently, Josh was the co-founding Partner in The Lively Group.
